Our Lodging Policy






1.   The rental price covers accommodation for:
> Cel Mare 64-15 : 2 persons (= 1 bed set)
> Cel Mare 128-16 : 2 persons (= 1 bed set)
> Dacia 47/2 : 3 persons (= 2 bed sets)
> Puskin 30-17 : 4 persons (= 2 bed sets)
Additional person or set bed set : +  5€/day

    2.  NOT INCLUDED IN BASIC RENTAL PRICE:
    * use of air conditioning and/or electrical heating : + 5€/day
    (government heating provided from November 1st till March 30th)
    * use of telephone (international & cell phone calls / Internet connection)
    Phone is not blocked and international calls / calls to mobile and Internet connection are possible (we ask
    telephone company -117- account at arrival and departure)
    * cleaning of dishes and end of rental: + 5€

     * Supplement of 5€/day between December 20th and January 15th

    3. Reservation will be confirmed with a deposit/guarentee
    of 20% with a minimum of  100€
    (Bank transfer or Paypal or Western Union transfer)
    The full rental price has to be paid on the arrival day.

    4. The deposit/guarentee will be reimbursed to you
    at remittance of keys when leaving and after
    eventual deduction of
    use telephone / airco - electrical heating / cleaning dishes.

    5. Arrival - departure apartment
    departure before  >>  12.00
    arrival after  >>  16.00
    (arrival before 16.00 and leaving after 12.00 : + 50% of daily rental price)

    6. The owner is not responsible for personal items
    of the tenant in the apartment.

    7. Our additional services:
    > extra cleaning / changing bed linen and towels : 5€
    > cleaning of dishes during the rental time: 5€
    > computer with Internet connection in apartment: 5€/day
    > we can preview a package of food / drinks / bathroom necessities
    for the first day of arrival
    > airport / train station pickup: 10€
(We pick you up personally for free at the airport / train station if you book
    with us for more than 4 days and if arriving between 8.00-20.00 o'clock)

    8. Drugs, alcohol abuse and wild party's are not allowed.
    Any damage to the property, furniture or equipment
    resulting from improper use has to
    be repaid by the tenant
    or his representative.

    9. Violation of the lodging policy results in unilateral cancellation
    of the rental agreement without prior notice and
    damage recovery payment.

    10. The owner has the right to enter the apartment after information
    to show apartment to new potential clients,
    for cleaning and for eventual repair.
