A recently 100% redesigned and renovated (finished 01/07) 3 room apartment in the
main street of Centre Chisinau (see map Chisinau) vis-à-vis from the Central Park and
Main Church. The accommodation has a direct view on the park, the morning sun in the
master bedroom and the sun set in the kitchen - dining/living - second bedroom.  
A small balcony gives out on Central Park and Cathedral.

The flat is 82m² large, offers a good size bedroom with double bed and a big cupboard
behind mirrors, a cosy study/second bedroom (the sofa is a double bed), an open space
living area of 32m² with integration of hall and kitchen (10m²). Here too the sofa is
possible to use as double bed, so 6 persons can sleep if necessary. A wooden dining
table is expendable to 3,20m (so easy 10-12 persons). The double entrance door offers
security and isolation. Entrance of house is with a coded lock.

The following equipment/comfort is present: cable TV (a 72cm, 100MHz screen),
a DVD and VCR player, a music radio-CD-cassette player, a portable phone with
answering machine, a wash and dry combination AEG, a hairdryer, an iron with board, a
digital clock with alarm function. The bathroom (sink, large bath 80x180cm, toilet) has
halogen lights and independent electrical ventilator. The kitchen is functional and
has a little breakfast/work table: there is gas cooking, an electric oven,a big fridge
with separate freezer, an electric water kettle, all pots, plates, glasses, ....A bar element
links dining area and kitchen.   Bedroom  and study/bedroom have halogen lights.
In living area standing halogen light  300W with dimmer creates nice atmospheres.
The kitchen has halogen spots and working table light.

For longer rental: electricity, gas, heating and telephone are to be added.

*  Cleaning apartment and fresh bath and bed clothes every 4th day (for daily rent).
*  We will pick you up at airport or reimburse taxi if we are not available (if 7days rent).
*  We can preview a starting package of food-drinks-bathroom things (15€).
